Baird Appraising Services is an appraisal service owned by David Baird. Before starting his own appraising service, David worked on staff with the Andrews Appraisal group. Baird Appraisal Service was started in 2000 with the objective to provide central Mississippi with professional and hard-working appraising with a customer-first mentality.

      David is a certified residential appraiser and was licensed in 1997 #RA-641. David founded Baird Appraisal Services on the grounds of ethics based on Christian morals, and his philosophy of hard-work produces great service.

      David is a residential appraiser but also appraises land and acreage. David appraises his client’s home with diligence and respect because that is how he would want someone to treat his house and family. He has a loving family with his wife Pat, including two children and two dogs. He is certified, licensed and ready to provide you with a great appraisal.
